PLAN DESIGN, DOCUMENATION AND INSTALLATION

Our technical and administrative staff will work with you and your advisors to inform you of the plan design alternatives which will allow your plan to meet your expectations and objectives. We typically hold periodic meetings with your employees to explain the plan. Descriptive materials and the summary plan description are distributed to all of your employees as a means to help them understand the importance of saving for retirement and how the plan you offer can help them do so.
